Upcoming Diaconal Ordination

Upcoming Diaconal Ordination:

  • Santiago Torres is from Colombia and has been studying for the Diocese of Calgary since 2015.

    After two years of studying at Mount Royal Seminary, he came to St. Joseph Seminary in 2017.

    Santiago will celebrate his Diaconal Ordination on Saturday May 21, 2022, at 11 a.m. at All Saints Parish, in Lethbridge, AB.

Diaconal Ordinations are made by individual Dioceses and arrangements and livestreaming information will be added here when it becomes available.   • Rev. Mr. Tai Le is from Vietnam and is studying for the Diocese of Prince Albert.

    Tai came to study at St. Joseph Seminary in October 2015.

    Ordination to the Ministerial Priesthood will take place on Friday, June 10, 2022, at 7 p.m. MST at Sacred Heart Cathedral in Prince Albert, SK. Watch the livestream at facebook.com/padiocese/


  • Rev. Mr. Chad Miciak is from Camrose and is studying for the Archdiocese of Edmonton. 

    Chad came to study at St. Joseph Seminary in September 2015.

    Ordination to the Ministerial Priesthood will take place on Thursday, June 30, 2022 at 7 p.m. MST at St. Joseph’s Basilica in Edmonton. Watch the livestream at youtube.com/yegbasilica/live


  • Rev. Mr. Serge Buissé is from East Selkirk, Manitoba, and is studying for the Archdiocese of St. Boniface. 

    Serge entered St. Joseph Seminary in September 2014.

    Ordination to the Ministerial Priesthood will take place on Friday, July 8, 2022 at 7 p.m. MST at the Cathedral of Saint Boniface, MB. Livestream details at archsaintboniface.ca
